Couples receive 25% reduction, except for July and August rentals.

Short breaks are available throughout the year, except for July and August.

Minimum stay 2 nights, excluding periods 24/07/10 to 04/09/10 inclusive.

The gite is also available to let on a long term basis.

Changeover day is usually Saturday but is flexible for longer or shorter stays.  Arrival time is 4 pm, departure by 10 am.

Additional heating costs of 35 Euros per week (payable locally) are chargeable in March, October, November and December.

We are able to provide a grocery shopping service available on your arrival, payable locally (48 hours notice required).

Bed linen, towels and T-towels are provided.  However guests should bring their own beach towels.

We will send you a booking form, on receipt of which a deposit of 20% is required within 7 days. 

If you book your holiday within 8 weeks of the start date, then full payment will be required when the booking is made.
